Writing down the mileage

How it works

From the first plate to a written quote

The board counts from the dates and readings you enter.

  1. A phone on a car seat

    Add the vehicles

Plate, make, model and year, private or public service, the registration date, the SOAT end date and the last inspection.

  2. Writing down the mileage

    Keep the readings

Record the mileage and each visit; every job counts from when it was last done.

  3. Handing over car keys

    Ask for one quote

Select what is due and send one request in Spanish; Autolex answers in writing before any work.

How the board works

Each vehicle has its SOAT, its technical inspection (RTM) and its service plan. The board lists them with the most urgent first.

Overdue: the date or the reading has passed. Due soon: within 30 days or 1.000 km. Needs a date: the app cannot count it yet. Up to date: everything else.

The ring shows how many items are up to date. Long-press items to select several and ask Autolex for a quote, or mark them done.

Keep the mileage current

The board uses the last reading of each vehicle. Record a reading at least once a month, or whenever a vehicle visits the workshop; it warns when a reading is older than 30 days.

One board for the fleet, one request to Autolex

Keep each vehicle's service, SOAT and inspection dates, and ask for a written quote with what is due.
